Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic & pro-active Front Office Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide administrative support while also acting as a HRM trainee. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in HR management and front office operations.
Location: Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Hindi
Experience: 0-2 Years
Qualifications:
BBA, BMS, or any Graduate with a Diploma or PG certificate or MBA in HRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate business meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist HR department with recruitment processes
- Organize and maintain employee records
- Support HR functions like onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee or external inquiries and provide administrative support to Office Manager.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Keen attention to detail
