Key Responsibilities:

- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Manage front desk cleanliness and presentation.
- Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
