Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, and greet visitors
- Maintain office organization, ensure cleanliness, and oversee supplies
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with teams, vendors, and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in front desk or admin roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
