Job shall be in rotational shifts.
Direct Customer Interaction:
- Taking orders: Accurately recording customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen.
- Serving food and drinks: Presenting dishes and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing recommendations: Suggesting menu items, specials, or pairings based on customer preferences.
- Handling payments: Processing cash and card transactions, and managing cash registers.
- Addressing customer concerns: Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
