understanding of CRM processes, QA methodologies, test automation, and integration
testing. He/She will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to
ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
(D365) applications and related systems.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for CRM customizations
and configurations.
Test Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems such as ERP, SharePoint,
Power BI, or third-party APIs.
Create and maintain test data and test environments for effective testing.
Document and track defects, and assist developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
Ensure compliance with QA best practices, company standards, and security
policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on QA experience.
Good experience in testing Dynamics CRM customizations including plugins,
workflows, JavaScript, forms etc.
Good knowledge of CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently or as
part of a team.
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Experience with test management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, TestRail,
Rally or similar.
Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Postman for integration
testing.
Good to have experience with any test automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot
etc).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications (Good to have) : Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, ISTQB
