Role Overview
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for outbound calling, lead qualification, and scheduling product demos for our SaaS solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a strong understanding of how to spark interest in software products among decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers from targeted lists.
- Introduce and pitch our SaaS product value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Qualify leads based on ICP (industry, company size, business need).
- Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback from calls to help refine messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation (SaaS/IT preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and digital solutions is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages (if targeting international markets).
