Should have hands on experience on ICS and
IDCS cloud and its integration components

Should have hands on experience in
developing reports and

Strong Programming skills, as well as the
ability to review complex code bases written by others.

Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and
OTBI Analytics Cloud

Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle
