Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the financial performance of the organization. Your typical day will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to address operational concerns and ensure the financial health of the organization is maintained. Your role will be pivotal in driving performance and ensuring that financial strategies align with the overall goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends. - Ability to create detailed financial reports and presentations. - Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Familiarity with financial modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based in Coimbatore. - A 15 years full time education is required.
