Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and compassionate Financial Educator to teach kids the basics of money management in an engaging and interactive way. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, comfortable speaking in front of children, and have a basic understanding of financial concepts like saving, budgeting, spending, and investing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fun and interactive financial literacy sessions for children aged 6 to 14.
- Use storytelling, games, activities, and real-life examples to explain financial concepts.
- Customize teaching methods based on the age group and learning style of students.
- Encourage questions and curiosity among kids while keeping the sessions disciplined and engaging.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to improve and develop teaching materials.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to parents on the child’s learning progress (if required).
- Participate in training workshops and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the learning environment.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (training will be provided if required).
- Experience working with children (as a teacher, mentor, trainer, or volunteer) is an advantage.
- Confident speaker with a friendly and warm personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, creative, and passionate about children’s education.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
