Role: Finance Executive Intern
Objective
To support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting, financial analysis, and compliance tasks while gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgeting forecasts.
- Support in bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer).
- Help track expenses, payroll entries, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Conduct basic financial analysis for reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in taxation, compliance, and audit-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing/completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and MS Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Learning Opportunities
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software/tools.
- Understanding of financial reporting for management decisions.
