Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience :
- 10+ years in business finance, FP & A, or corporate finance with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and managing vendor relationships.
- Proven track record of managing acquisitions, business valuations, and project financing.
- Industry Experience: Preferred from healthcare.

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze and report on key financial metrics to senior leadership.
- Financial Modelling: Advanced skills in creating detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuations.
- Leadership: Ability to lead financial planning and analysis teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business success.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the business.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate business opportunities, market trends, and cost structures effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems and financial modelling software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutions.
