Vacancy: Marketing Supervisor (Gomti Nagar, Lucknow)
We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Supervisor in the Lakhimpur district. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be responsible for leading a team of field executives to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of at least six field
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure target
Salary and Benefits:
* Monthly Salary: ₹10,000
* Fuel Allowance: ₹3,000
* Total Monthly Compensation: ₹13,000
The selected supervisor will have the authority to hire their own team of field executives. Each field executive will be provided with a salary of ₹7,000 and a convenience allowance of ₹3,000.
