We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to promote our coffee house brand, increase footfall, drive B2B partnerships, and expand our retail presence.
- Drive Sales: Identify and approach new business opportunities such as corporate offices, colleges, events, and local businesses to promote our café products and offerings.
- Retail Partnerships: Explore and build tie-ups for our packaged coffee products, merchandise, and gifting solutions with retail outlets, offices, and hotels.
- Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate on-ground promotional activities, sampling drives, and brand activations to increase visibility and engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key local stakeholders.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports, sales logs, and customer data using CRM tools or reporting formats provided.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and outreach targets.
