Job Overview: The MDC will drive secondary sales, demand generation, and retailer enrolment in the assigned region. This role involves building strong retailer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
2. Plan and execute demand generation activities
3. Identify and enroll new retailers monthly. Train and support retailers on product knowledge.
4. Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales, activities, and performance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering.
· years of sales or market development experience.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. (Good to be)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Number of new retailers enrolled.
· Effectiveness of demand generation activities..
