Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (B2B) to join our FMCG sales team. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients (retailers, distributors, wholesalers, institutions) to drive product sales and increase market share. This is a field-based role that requires travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Maintain regular visits to existing clients to ensure strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell the company’s FMCG product portfolio to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Execute trade marketing and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at the customer end.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Collect market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and after-sales service.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and service
