Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about sales, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping customers with their shopping needs, especially in the baby and kids’ product category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers politely
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
- Keep merchandise well-organized and displays attractive
- Handle billing and basic payment processes
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene
- Support stock taking and inventory checks
- Resolve customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass; 12th preferred
- 0–1 year of retail sales experience (freshers welcome)
- Interest or knowledge in baby & kids products is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with shift work, including weekends
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Working Hours: As per store shift schedule (weekend & holiday shifts included)
