We are looking for a dedicated Field Outreach Coordinator to lead and manage outreach efforts at the grassroots level. This role involves engaging with communities, promoting program awareness, and ensuring effective field execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement outreach activities across assigned localities
- Engage with community members, institutions, and stakeholders
- Promote program objectives and encourage participation
- Collect field data and prepare regular reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fieldwork, outreach, or community mobilization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Familiarity with local geography and socio-cultural dynamics
