We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining our products, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
- Explain pharmaceutical products clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate (any field).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
