We are seeking a female telecaller for our travel agency to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and assist with travel bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain travel packages, offers, and services clearly and confidently.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain a customer database and update daily call logs.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.
- Handle basic queries related to destinations, pricing, and itinerary.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of travel packages and destinations preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive on calls.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling or the travel industry is an advantage.
