Job Description:
Shivaay is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Facebook/Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both platforms, a track record of delivering high ROI, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement optimizations.
- Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts in a results-driven environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
