Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships in the jewellery showroom.
- The Sales Executive have an in-depth product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to enhance the brand’s reputation through a premium buying experience.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and purchase history.
- Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
- Ensure all sales are accurately recorded and invoices generated as per company policies.
- Adhere to showroom security protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
- 2–8 years of sales experience in jewellery retail industry.
- Fluency in local language (Tamil); proficiency in English/Malayalam is an added advantage.
Shift: Day Shift
Benefit: Commission pay, Performance pay, Annual Bonus
