- Knowledge of electrical components PLC, VFD (variable frequency drives), switch gears, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, isolator, sensors, and various types of switches, cables, connectors.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams.
- Marking out for component fit and fitting of components on panel plates.
- Wiring of control panels.
- Site commissioning of the control panel by interacting with the designer, site supervisor or engineers.
- Communicate changes to the designer, engineer or Team Leader for revisions before completion.
- Travel to customer locations for installation as required. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Self-starter, team player, works well with others, continuous improvement and has a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
