Executive Secretary to MD

• Applications are open to both male and female candidates.
• Any Degree with minimum 1 to 2 Yrs of Experience and Fresher also ,as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Scheduling appointments for MD.
• Travel arrangements and Visa documentation.
• Drafting Letter and Emails.
• Handling Telephone Calls.
• Handling visitors.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Excellent Knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
