Job Title: Executive Assistant to MD
Location: Nariman Point
Experience Required: 1- 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with planning and execution of executive meetings and events.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the executive’s office.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, booking travel, and submitting expense reports.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication..
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, project management software).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
