Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office & Executive Assistant located in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, strategy, and organization. You will work closely with the founder, acting as a trusted partner to ensure smooth operations, drive strategic initiatives, and support the brand's growth trajectory
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and strategic support to the founder and senior leadership team on key business strategies, special projects, and operational goals.
- Social Media Management for effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and personalized attention.
- Handle client inquiries, orders, and feedback, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- In-store Management - Support in visual merchandising, inventory management, and providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Salesmanship, Persuasion, and Negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills, Inventory management, and Cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree
