1. Calendar Management
- Efficiently manage and prioritize executive schedules, appointments, and travel plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to avoid conflicts Regularly update executive calendars with necessary changes .
2. Communication and Correspondence
- Handle executive-level calls, emails, and messages with appropriate filtering and responses
- Draft professional documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintain proper communication records and ensure timely follow-ups
3. Meeting Coordination
- Organize internal/external meetings, events, and conferences Prepare meeting materials and maintain accurate minutes
- Follow up on actionable items to ensure timely completion
4. Project Support
- Assist in task tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Conduct research and provide information for decision-making Work with project teams to ensure deadlines are met
5. Administrative Support
- Handle document management, filing, and data entry
- Support in tracking expenses, budgeting, and procurement
- Maintain confidentiality and follow internal protocols
