Experience: 2 – 6 Years Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Act as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support decision-making with accurate data. Track and manage executive tasks, deadlines, and project timelines. Assist with office management tasks, event coordination, and administrative support. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Support business development, research, and document preparation when required.
