Requirements:
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Excel spreadsheets using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes through advanced macro solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering) to understand reporting and automation needs.
Build user-friendly dashboards and data models using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing macros for performance and reliability.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all macro-enabled reporting tools.
Document processes, workflows, and macro functions for internal training and support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Excel macros using VBA.
Strong knowledge of Excel functions, pivot tables, Power Query, and data visualization techniques.
Experience in data manipulation, automation, and reporting in a regulated or highly analytical environment.
Familiarity with database tools (SQL), ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), or Power BI is a plus.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
