ERPNext Onsite Implementation Support Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for an ERPNext Onsite Support Executive who will work closely with business users during and after ERPNext implementation. The role involves day-to-day handholding of client teams, ensuring smooth ERP usage, and coordinating with the central implementation team for issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite first-level support for ERPNext users across departments.
- Help users in entering transactions, troubleshooting errors, and following defined ERP workflows.
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and uploading into ERPNext.
- Track and record user issues, escalate to the implementation partner if required.
- Conduct basic training and refresher sessions for end-users.
- Monitor adoption of ERP processes and highlight gaps in usage.
- Coordinate between client teams and ERP partner for any customization or integration needs.
- Support UAT, pilot runs, and Go-Live activities.
- Share daily progress updates with project leads.
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, IT, or Business (ERP or Accounting knowledge preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in ERP/Software support (Freshers with strong business process knowledge can also apply).
- Familiarity with ERPNext / Odoo or similar software is a plus.
- Good understanding of at least one area: Accounts, Inventory, HR, or Sales.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with end-users patiently and explain processes.
- Must be open to onsite presence at client location.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic knowledge of Excel, ERPNext
- Ability to prepare training guides and SOPs.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
