Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide accurate information and build strong customer relationships.
- Report call outcomes and share feedback with the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/graduate in any field.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Persuasive, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
