Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher with at least 2 years of experience in teaching young learners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, innovative teaching methods, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment that nurtures students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured English lessons for primary-level students.
- Develop creative lesson plans and teaching strategies to improve literacy, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Encourage active participation through interactive activities, reading comprehension, and group discussions.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology into the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
