Job Title: Electronic Hardware Technician
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Hardware Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and tracing faults in electronic circuits and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in electronic hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electronic hardware components, circuit boards, and systems.
- Trace and analyze electronic circuits using schematic diagrams, datasheets, and test equipment.
- Repair, replace, and adjust defective electronic components.
- Operate testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators.
- Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting procedures, identified faults, repairs conducted, and components replaced.
- Provide technical support to junior technicians and assembly staff.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum more than 2 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with analog and digital electronic circuits, PCB layouts, and schematics.
- Competence in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Basic understanding of electronic component specifications and datasheets.
- Good problem-solving, documentation, and practical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Working Conditions:
- Workshop/laboratory-based role.
