Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Diagnose electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Prepare and maintain records of work performed and materials used.
- Coordinate with contractors and other maintenance staff as required.
- Respond to breakdowns and service requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Valid electrical license (as per local/state regulation).
