We need a hands-on experience in electrical systems (HT/LT, panels, wiring) and plumbing/PHE (water supply, drainage, STP) for high-rise residential/commercial projects. You’ll ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Works:
- Supervise HT/LT transformer installations, electrical panels, wiring, and HVAC power supply.
- Ensure compliance with electrical drawings and safety standards.
Plumbing/PHE Works:
- Oversee water supply lines, drainage, sewerage, STP, and underground piping.
- Check pipe routing, pumps, and fixtures as per design.
Coordination:
- Manage contractors, laborers, and material deliveries.
- Report daily progress and resolve on-site clashes (e.g., pipe vs. cable conflicts).
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma/BTech (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) or ITI (Electrical/Plumbing).
- Experience: 3-5 years in construction (MEP, electrical, or plumbing).
Skills:
- Read electrical & plumbing drawings.
- Knowledge of panels, transformers, PHE, STP, and drainage systems.
- Languages: Hindi, Punjabi, English (for site communication).
- Transport: Two-wheeler & license (mandatory for site visits).
