- Develop and update 3D BIM models for electrical services (lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, earthing, cable trays, etc.) using Revit MEP.
- Prepare and manage shop drawings, coordinated services drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, architecture, structure) for clash detection and resolution.
- Extract BOQ, cable schedules, panel schedules, and load lists from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to Blue Star’s BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
- Work closely with project engineers, design managers, and site execution teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
- Maintain project documentation, revision control, and version management of models and drawings.
- Support Navisworks-based coordination meetings and participate in resolving design conflicts.
- Ensure models are delivered within project timelines and quality standards.
