Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design
- Conceptualize and design static creatives, social media posts, marketing collaterals, and brand assets.
- Develop layouts, typography, and designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for campaigns, social media, and ads.
- Add effects, transitions, graphics, and audio enhancements.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms and formats.
- AI Knowledge & Application
- Use AI tools to support workflow efficiency (e.g., AI-assisted research, content generation, or automation in editing).
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into day-to-day tasks where relevant.
- Collaborate with the team to explore AI-driven insights for better creative decision-making.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with marketing and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Contribute fresh concepts and innovative approaches to creative projects.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Good understanding of AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, AI productivity/automation tools, AI-based video enhancement).
- Knowledge of design principles, motion graphics, and video storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical precision.
