Job Title: Educational Counsellor
Experience Required: 1–2 years (Preferably in Training Institutes / Coaching Centers / Educational Consultancies)
Job Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about training programs, courses, and career paths.
- Handle student walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Support admission process, documentation, and enrollment.
- Maintain good relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Education / Psychology background preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor / Educational Counsellor in a training center / coaching institute / EdTech / educational consultancy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, CRM tools).
