Job Summary:
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase / Procurement Associate to join our eCommerce operations team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in purchase or procurement and must be proficient in Hindi to coordinate with North Indian suppliers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchase operations for eCommerce products.
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.
- Work closely with the warehouse, accounts, and product teams.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase/procurement (eCommerce background preferred).
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken & written).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
