Job Description – Executive Assistant to MD (Opera Garden)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Opera Garden in daily operations, coordination, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Track follow-ups, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate with strong communication skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience as EA/PA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹11,095.72 - ₹30,493.09 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
