About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to manage online product listings, handle order processing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is tech-savvy, and can coordinate across teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates.
- Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track sales, returns, and customer queries, providing quick resolutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Monitor product performance and prepare regular sales & performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.

Pay: ₹9,567.04 - ₹21,000.00 per month
