Position: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) who has hands-on experience in ROC and MCA compliances and can confidently interact with clients. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in corporate laws and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing forms, returns, and documents with ROC & MCA.
- Handle company incorporation, annual filings, share allotments, and other compliance matters.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely compliance.
- Draft board resolutions, notices, minutes, and other company law-related documentation.
- Assist in secretarial audits and corporate governance matters.
- Communicate with clients effectively to understand their requirements and provide compliance support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of assignments.
Key Requirements:
- Semi-qualified CS (completed CS Executive/Professional level not yet qualified).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in ROC/MCA filings and corporate secretarial work.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and allied laws.
- Good drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
