Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Driver cum Office Boy to handle occasional driving duties and assist with office tasks during non-driving hours. The role involves maintaining the company vehicle, ensuring its readiness, and performing basic office errands.
Key Responsibilities:Driving & Vehicle Maintenance
- Drive the Director/Staff to meetings, sites, and other locations (1–2 trips per day on average)
- On some days, there may be no driving; must be ready for office duties instead
- Clean and wash the car regularly, keeping it in good condition
- Ensure fuel levels are always adequate and report any vehicle issues immediately
- Maintain proper car documents and service schedules
Office Boy Duties
- Assist in delivering/collecting documents and materials
- Manage small office errands like courier, bank work, and market purchases
- Support administrative staff in basic tasks when needed
- Maintain discipline and follow company rules
Requirements:
- Valid driving license with minimum 2–3 years of driving experience
- Age between 25–35 years
- Police verification mandatory before joining
- Knowledge of Nagpur routes and safe driving practices
- Well-groomed, polite, and punctual personality
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
