Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound calling and generating site visit
- Make regular calls and follow up with the prospective customers
- Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
- Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Service, and Understanding of
Customer Needs.
