- Document Preparation: Creating and reviewing various export documents like commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Compliance: Ensuring all documentation adheres to relevant customs regulations, export laws, and international trade agreements.
- Coordination: Working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely shipment of goods.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of all export documents.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation.
- Communication: Maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and relevant authorities.
- Tracking: Monitoring shipment progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Customs Clearance: Coordinating with customs brokers and authorities for smooth customs clearance.
- Logistics Support: Assisting in the overall logistics process by providing necessary documentation and information.
