Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Executive (Male). The candidate will be responsible for handling client documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time for visa and immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa and immigration requirements.
- Ensure all forms and supporting documents are complete and error-free.
- Maintain and update client files and records systematically.
- Communicate with clients to request any missing or additional documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track the progress of applications.
- Assist in preparing files for submission to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data.
Requirements:
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) or Diploma.
- Freshers can also apply; prior experience in documentation, immigration, or visa processing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scanning, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
