- Billing and delivery of items to customers by verifying orders.
- Inventories stock.
- Arrange transportation.
- Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements.
- Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time; ordering carriers.
- Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.
- Keep staff & customer informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Track the shipment of consignee.
- Preparation of dispatch schedule.
Knowledge of mail merge in ms-word and ms-excel is must.
Note: Preference will be given to immediate joiner.
