Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital strategy, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and online campaign management. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for digital trends in the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.).
- Manage and grow the brand’s online presence and audience engagement.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content/campaign performance.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analyze ROI.
- Work with the editorial and design teams to create compelling digital content.
- Keep up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing (media industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other ad platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and digital branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a newsroom environment.
- Must be available for full-time onsite work at our Greater Noida West office.
