Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in website development and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, as well as tracking and analyzing digital campaigns to drive marketing success. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain company websites ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly interface.
· Monitor and optimize website performance including SEO, load speed, and user experience.
· Implement and manage website tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others.
· Create and analyze reports on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
· Collaborate with content creators and designers to update website content and maintain brand consistency.
· Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs across digital platforms.
· Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, analytics, and web development trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Proven experience in website development using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or custom CMS.
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Excellent communication and project management abilities.
· Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
