Digital Marketing Assistant
Department: Marketing Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
Experience Level: 1 .5 Years or 2.5 Years Only
Location: Moggapair, Chennai- 5 Days Office( Sunday to Thursday) and Week Off of Friday & Saturday
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Assist in the planning, setup, and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO basics.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms, fostering community engagement and brand presence.
- Content & Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital marketing assets (e.g., ad copy, social media visuals, blog post promotion).
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, platform-specific dashboards).
- Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for optimization.
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Market Research & Trends:
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Contribute insights from market research to inform future campaign strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, sales team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., IT Solutions, Construction, B2B).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or content management systems (CMS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,249.44 per month
