Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in executing and leading digital marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across various channels, optimizing campaigns, and leading a team to ensure all initiatives align with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple online channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze the market landscape, target audience, and industry trends to inform digital strategies.
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels, to ensure maximum ROI.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage A/B testing and other optimization methods to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Work with other departments like sales, product, and customer service to align marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar to monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor SEO performance, leveraging tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to improve website rankings.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across channels to achieve desired results.
- Maintain accurate records of spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve KPIs.
- SEO & Content Strategy:
- Oversee the execution of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Develop content strategies that align with brand goals, targeting customer needs, and optimizing for SEO.
- Ensure that content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for different platforms.
- Customer Retention and Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through email marketing, content, and social media.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to customer journeys and enhance the user experience.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s digital marketing strategy competitive.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven expertise in running campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Leadership: Experience leading and managing a team of digital marketers or cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and using insights to improve marketing performance and ROI.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain strategies and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (depending on the company’s target audience).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools.
